Robert Graves

After working as a trial attorney at Badger Parrish, 53 State Street, Boston Massachusetts, Robert Graves founded the firm of Robert Graves and Associates in Winchester Massachusetts. Due to high demand from clients, he later purchased an office building and opened another office in Boston.

Robert Graves has over 40 years of continuous legal and litigation experience. Experience makes the difference. He is proud of the fact that his clientele includes not only celebrities and high net worth individuals, but working-class and indigent people as well. He was recognized in Who’s Who in American Law. Mr. Graves has an excellent track record of obtaining settlements and judgments from cases involving automobile collisions, serious head injuries, product liability, municipal liability, slip and fall, medical/dental/podiatric malpractice, and claims against insurance companies. For many personal injury cases, Mr. Graves is willing to work on a contingent fee basis, so there is no charge for legal fees unless the attorney is successful.
